About LZ Immigration Services

LZ Immigration Services was founded with a simple but powerful mission: to make the U.S. immigration document preparation process accessible, affordable, and understandable for everyone — especially for families and individuals in Arizona’s diverse immigrant communities.

We understand that navigating immigration paperwork can feel overwhelming. The forms are complex, the stakes are high, and the process can be confusing — especially if English is not your first language. That is why we are proud to offer bilingual support in English, Arabic, and Assyrian, ensuring that every client can communicate clearly and understand exactly what is happening with their documents.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide professional, accurate, and compassionate document preparation services to individuals and families pursuing their immigration goals. We are committed to treating every client with dignity and respect, providing transparent pricing, and delivering high-quality document preparation that helps our clients present their best possible applications to USCIS.

What We Do

As immigration document preparers, we assist clients with the clerical and administrative aspects of completing USCIS immigration forms. Our services include reviewing forms for completeness and accuracy based on information provided by the client, organizing supporting documentation, explaining what documents are generally required for each type of application, and preparing packets for submission.

We work with a wide range of USCIS forms including family-based petitions, adjustment of status applications, employment authorization, travel documents, naturalization applications, and more.

What We Are Required to Tell You

In compliance with Arizona law (ARS § 41-1841), we are required to inform you that:

  • We are NOT attorneys and cannot give legal advice.
  • We can only provide services that are specifically authorized by law for document preparers.
  • We will provide you with a written contract before beginning any work that clearly states the services to be provided and the fees charged.
  • We will provide receipts for all fees paid.
  • We will provide you with copies of all documents prepared on your behalf.
  • The fee for our services does NOT include any USCIS filing fees, which must be paid separately and directly to USCIS.

Our Commitment to You

🤝 Honesty & Transparency

We will always be upfront about what we can and cannot do. We will never promise outcomes or make representations beyond our scope as document preparers.

✅ Accuracy & Attention to Detail

We take great care in reviewing every form and document for completeness and consistency, helping to minimize errors that could cause delays in your case.
