⚠️ IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

LZ IMMIGRATION SERVICES IS NOT A LAW FIRM AND IS NOT STAFFED BY ATTORNEYS OR LAWYERS.

We are immigration document preparers. We CANNOT provide legal advice, legal representation, legal opinions, or tell you whether you qualify for any immigration benefit. If you need legal advice about your immigration situation, please consult a licensed immigration attorney.

1. Nature of Services

LZ Immigration Services is an immigration document preparation service. We assist clients in completing USCIS immigration forms and organizing supporting documents for submission. Our services are strictly limited to clerical and administrative assistance with document preparation.

We are not licensed to practice law. We are not immigration attorneys or lawyers. The services we provide do NOT constitute the practice of law.

2. What We Cannot Do

As immigration document preparers, we are legally prohibited from:

  • Providing legal advice or legal opinions of any kind
  • Telling you whether you qualify for any immigration benefit or visa category
  • Representing you before USCIS, immigration courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, or any other government body
  • Appearing at interviews or hearings on your behalf
  • Advising you on how to respond to a Request for Evidence (RFE) or Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID)
  • Evaluating the merits of your immigration case
  • Predicting the outcome of any immigration application

3. Arizona State Law Compliance (ARS § 41-1841)

In accordance with Arizona Revised Statutes § 41-1841 (the “Notario Fraud” prevention law), LZ Immigration Services complies with the following requirements:

  • We provide all clients with a written contract prior to beginning any services
  • Our contract clearly states that we are NOT attorneys and cannot give legal advice
  • All fees are itemized separately — our service fees are separate from USCIS government filing fees
  • We provide a receipt for all payments received
  • We retain copies of all client contracts for a minimum of three (3) years
  • We do not charge fees for referrals to attorneys or other service providers
  • We do not use terms such as “legal services,” “law office,” “immigration lawyer,” or any similar term that implies the practice of law

4. Required Notice to Clients

As required by Arizona law, we must inform you that:

  1. We are NOT attorneys licensed to practice law in Arizona or any other state.
  2. We CANNOT give legal advice.
  3. We CANNOT represent you before any court, government agency, or immigration tribunal.
  4. The information and services we provide are limited to document preparation only.
  5. You may choose to hire a licensed immigration attorney instead of or in addition to using our services.
  6. USCIS filing fees are set by the U.S. government and are separate from our service fees.

5. No Attorney-Client Relationship

No attorney-client relationship is created by using our services, visiting our website, or communicating with our staff. The information provided on this website and through our services is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice.

6. Accuracy of Information

The accuracy of all immigration forms we prepare depends entirely on the information you provide to us. You are responsible for the truthfulness and completeness of all information submitted to USCIS. Providing false information to USCIS is a federal crime. We are not responsible for errors or delays resulting from inaccurate information provided by clients.

7. When You Should Consult an Attorney

You should strongly consider consulting a licensed immigration attorney if any of the following apply to your situation:

  • You have ever been deported, removed, or ordered to leave the United States
  • You have ever been arrested, charged with, or convicted of a crime (including minor offenses)
  • You have previously been denied an immigration benefit

  • You have questions about whether you qualify for a specific immigration benefit
  • Your case involves any complexity beyond straightforward document preparation
